Our approach
Local hatching and rearing bring poultry closer to customers in Gilgit-Baltistan. Solar-powered incubation is part of our approach, alongside quarantine and veterinary guidance for flock care.

Bird rescue & monitoring
Develop a bird rescue and monitoring centre to support bird care and conservation.
1,000 artificial nests
A goal to install artificial nests in Gilgit, with suitable placement and monitoring.
10 young birders
Train local youth in birdwatching and monitoring to build conservation skills.
Grow across districts
Develop local links across Gilgit, Skardu, Ghizer, Hunza and Nagar, with planned improvements in solar energy and water use.
